Patcraft is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to lead growth in the Metro Detroit market. This role focuses on developing new business while maintaining key relationships across commercial segments and channels.

You will drive opportunities, present products, and guide specifications from initial contact through installation, collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial/B2B or related industries such as interior design, textiles, or building materials.
• Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business in a collaborative team environment.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Resident of or living in Metro Detroit.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Metro Detroit markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, end users, and flooring contractors.
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts.
• Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
• Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity.
• Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and industry events.
