Shaw Contract EMEA is seeking a Patcraft Account Executive to cover Northern Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. This role focuses on partnering with architects, designers, business owners, and contractors to bring high-quality flooring solutions to life.

You will travel daily within the region, manage projects from inception to completion, and build lasting customer relationships. Experience in commercial interiors and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred; a strong sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years sales experience required.
• Living in the greater Santa Barbara market required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commercial interiors industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with architects, designers, and contractors to select products fitting design criteria, budget and timelines.
• Travel daily throughout assigned area to call on existing and prospective customers.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including opportunity identification, product selection, orders, delivery, installation oversight and maintenance communications.
• Collaborate with team and support a closely knit work environment.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
• Follow up on leads from network sources to solicit business.
• Build relationships with customers through meetings, lunches, dinners, or events.
