Skan, Inc. seeks a senior commercial leader to own a portfolio of strategic BFSI accounts, acting as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will carry an NRR and expansion quota, partnering with delivery and solutions teams to secure measurable outcomes.

This is a quota-carrying role requiring credibility with COOs, CIOs, and CFOs in global financial institutions, with a mix of in-office and remote work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic account management experience.
• Proven track record with Fortune 500 BFSI clients.
• Ability to engage COOs, CIOs, CFOs on AI and automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue forecasting.
• Experience negotiating large enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to client objectives.
• Lead QBRs connecting Skan's impact to enterprise priorities and expansions.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships at COO/CIO/CFO levels.
• Own renewal and expansion, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate account risk while driving measurable value delivery.
