Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a high-impact field sales professional to sell performance contracting and related JCI offerings to building owners and their executives in the United States. You will develop long-term executive relationships, qualify opportunities, and close new and renewal business with a focus on value delivery and guaranteed savings.

The role requires 5–7 years of C-level sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings to building owners and C-level executives.
• Develop and manage long-term executive relationships and partnerships.
• Close new sales and renewals, including multi-year agreements.
• Utilize Salesforce and sales tools to plan, document progress and drive opportunities.
