Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a senior sales leader to drive large, complex offerings to building owners and executives at the C-level. The role focuses on performance contracting, renewals, and expanding relationships within target accounts, leveraging Salesforce and strategic account plans.

Strong financial acumen and a proven history of closing multi-year commitments are essential. The position requires 5–7 years of field sales experience at the C-level, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
MBA preferred.
Five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.
Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Sell the JCI offerings persuasively to building owners and owner representatives at the C-level.
Build and manage long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Execute the sales process to qualify, close, and renew opportunities.
Develop and present proposals using financial and business case rationale.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize account plans and growth.
