Wise Foods, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Account and Distributor Manager to lead distributor partnerships and develop plans for sustainable growth across AC F&S brands.

You will drive sales through distributors in select accounts and secure incremental opportunities. Responsibilities include executing business plans, managing co-op programs, and training distributors on ordering processes and issue resolution.

Formación

• HS degree required; associate or bachelor preferred in related fields.
• 3+ years sales experience in CPG; strong MS Office skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales plans for the market area with distributor involvement.
• Monitor sales performance weekly with distributors and adjust plans.
• Sustain and train distributors on ordering processes and problem resolution.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support company initiatives.
