Wise Foods Inc. is seeking an Account and Distributor Manager in Philadelphia, PA to manage distributor relationships and develop plans for sustainable growth across AC F&S brands. The role includes selling incremental distributor opportunities and executing account co-op programs.

Responsibilities include sales planning, monitoring distributor performance, and training new distributors on ordering and product handling to ensure scalable distribution and strong partner relations in major markets.

Qualifications

• Education: HS degree required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
• Experience: 3 years CPG, 3+ years Field Sales, 3+ years Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bilingual – English / Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans for the market area with distributor involvement
• Monitor sales performance weekly and coordinate with distributors
• Review monthly execution and identify gaps in performance
• Build plans with distributor partners to hit sales and profit objectives
• Train new distributors on ordering, receiving Wise products, and handling issues
• Collaborate with accounts to ensure Wise is part of daily business plans
• Maintain relationships with key customers and resolve issues with distributors
