Job summary

Wise Foods is seeking a Senior Sales and Distribution Manager in the Miami area to lead distributor partnerships and drive sustainable growth across AC F&S brands including Deep River Snacks and Wise Snacks.

You will coordinate with distributors, drive promotional programs, and expand the distributor network while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires travel up to 50% and fluent Spanish, with emphasis on achieving volume objectives and market expansion.

Qualifications

• General education and/or some college is acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics or related area is preferred.
• 3–5 years of advanced field sales experience.
• 2–5 years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2–5 years of outside/inside sales experience.
• Fluent Spanish language skills.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; a problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with distributors to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Develop joint distributor plans to maximize market penetration.
• Increase displays and promotions; manage inventory and pre-sell in stores.
• Grow business by acquiring new accounts and new distributors.
• Train and onboard new distributors on ordering and product flow.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse and distributor managers on promotions and events.
• Travel up to 50% to support customers and sales teams.
