CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives responsible for large PBM clients. The role emphasizes revenue growth, client retention, and enterprise collaboration across renewals and expansions.

You will use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to forecast risk, shape renewal strategies, and scale best practices across the portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex employer or health plan accounts through teams.
• Demonstrated executive presence and strategic thinking, including leading senior-level client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of Account Executives (AE) and Strategic Account Executives (SAE) to drive revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Provide senior-level oversight for large PBM clients, balancing client needs with enterprise priorities.
• Guide renewal and expansion strategies with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data-driven execution and effective resource alignment.
• Lead complex RFPs and renewals and stay abreast of healthcare market trends.
