Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee continuity, renewal, and profitability of assigned accounts with a strong focus on delivery governance and operational efficiency.

You will be the single point of accountability for client delivery outcomes, coordinating with PMs and Delivery Ops, and collaborating with the Sales team to drive delivery-led growth and high CSAT. This role emphasizes cross-functional oversight across horizontals and proactive account governance.

Qualifications

• Responsible for continuity, renewal, and profitability of the assigned account(s) with focus on delivery governance and efficiency.
• Single point of accountability for client delivery outcomes across horizontals in coordination with PMs and delivery ops.
• Collaborate with Sales team to drive client satisfaction and enable delivery-led growth through SLA achievement.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery execution and adherence to SLAs.
• Own account delivery: SLAs, reviews, resource planning, CSAT and budget.
• Partner with capacity planning and horizontal PMs to ensure aligned delivery execution.
• Ensure adherence to client-required technical documentation for projects.
• Track KPIs and report progress in prescribed formats to development of account-level tracking.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on cost metrics for Delivery director.
• Support in identifying margin improvement opportunities, including automation, and drive implementation.
• Act as primary relationship holder with key client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
