Job summary

Black Box in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own end-to-end account delivery across verticals, ensuring continuity, renewal and profitability. You will be the single point of accountability for client outcomes, coordinating with PMs, Delivery Ops, and Sales to drive satisfaction and delivery-led growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large delivery accounts with a focus on governance and efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate across PMs, Delivery Ops, Sales and Account teams.
• Strong emphasis on client satisfaction, SLAs, and renewal growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery execution and excellence in adherence to SLAs.
• Own account delivery and management of all projects under the assigned account, including SLAs, reviews, and budgets.
• Partner with WMG to manage capacity planning and staffing; collaborate with Horizontal PMs for aligned delivery.
• Ensure adherence to technical documentation required by client for projects.
• Track project KPIs and report progress to delivery leadership and AMs.
