Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Combo BDM/CDM to retain and grow current accounts and develop profitable new business. You will work within the CBU to meet revenue quotas and expand the customer base while enhancing client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes consultative selling of Ryder services (Full Service Lease, Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management) with travel required; base salary 60k-65k plus uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more demonstrated sales excellence in prior sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate and develop the customer's interests in Ryder services (Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services and Dedicated Contract Carriage)
• Educate and develop the prospect's value perception of Ryder services by using the Ryder Sales Process
• Develop sales plans and analyze profitability of accounts while understanding competitive influences and risks
