Job summary

Pierre Fabre is seeking a National Access Director to lead payer engagement and access planning for Tab-Cel in the US. You will educate payers and treatment centers on value, coordinate with field teams, and drive market access initiatives across national and regional payers.

The role requires strong executive presence, deep payer knowledge, and 10+ years in biotech/pharma with complex therapy reimbursement experience. Remote US role with travel and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees or credentials desirable.
• Strong, pre-existing working experience with national and regional payers that manage medical and pharmacy benefit policy.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement methodology and dynamics and impacts to hospital access economics.
• 10+ years of biotech/pharma required with at least five years of direct experience in coverage and reimbursement dynamics of complex advanced therapies (e.g. cell therapy, gene therapy, radio ligand).

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies governing Pierre Fabre activities.
• Facilitate urgent access to Tab-cel post approval by educating payer customer segment and treatment center financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to the US Value and Access Team by monitoring trends and policy changes and taking ownership of this expertise.
• Seek opportunities for synergy and partnership to achieve Pierre Fabre and customer goals through planning and customer engagement with cross-functional teams.
