Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and fostering collaborative, inclusive work environments.
• Demonstrated success in financial management, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead faculty and staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, purchases, and forecasting.
