Job summary

The AVP oversees undergraduate advising, coaching, peer mentoring, and centralized academic support services, while directing fiscal, personnel, and program operations.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of three years of senior administrative or leadership experience at the Director/Associate/Assistant Dean/Dean level.
• Demonstrated record of success in leading undergraduate teaching, mentoring, student retention, and academic program instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership, direction, advocacy, communication, coordination, and assessment for University College and its programs.
• Advance the College’s mission, vision, and values through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead initiatives to expand external funding opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
