• Develop and lead a cohesive leadership team with clear priorities and shared accountability.
• Design administrative structures aligning University College with university units and strengthen coordination of services.
• Expand external funding opportunities through grants, partnerships, and philanthropy.
• Enhance visibility and engagement of University College via strategic communications and outreach.
