Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, organizational development, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in strategy, operations, or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects within the Provost Office, including developing and presenting executive reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Develop robust implementation plans with continuous improvement methods.
• Support accreditation efforts through project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as liaison to divisions and external entities to communicate needs and opportunities.
