You will coordinate onboarding, review plan documents, and translate provisions into recordkeeper specifications while collaborating with sponsors, advisors, and recordkeepers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retirement plan services, expertise in implementations and plan documents, and strong communication and project-management skills to

Qualificações

• 2+ years of 401(k) / retirement plan services experience.
• Experience with implementations, onboarding, conversions, startups and/or takeover plans.
• Ability to read and interpret Defined Contribution plan documents.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plan administration.
• Experience working with clients, financial advisors and recordkeepers.
• Strong communication, organization and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple plan implementations and competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new plan implementations, startups, conversions and takeovers.
• Coordinate onboarding from initial data collection through successful plan setup.
• Review and interpret plan documents and translate provisions into recordkeeper specs.
• Collect and validate census, payroll and historical plan data.
• Coordinate plan setup across recordkeepers and internal systems.
• Serve as a liaison between plan sponsors, financial advisors and recordkeepers.
• Coordinate execution of plan documents and required notices.
• Manage multiple implementations, timelines and outstanding deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively keep projects moving.
• Participate in client and provider calls throughout the transition.
• Help ensure a smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing administration.
