Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking a Distribution Strategy Lead to spearhead end-to-end logistics operations, collaborating with third-party providers to translate supply chain strategy into flawless execution.

This role emphasizes governance of inventory, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels across the distribution network in Piscataway, NJ.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Transportation Logistics.
• A proven track record of managing high volume third party logistics providers and driving measurable operational turnarounds.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to orchestrate complex operations under tight timelines.

Mansioni

• Take accountability for the end-to-end operational flow from inbound logistics to order fulfillment and on-time outbound loading across all assigned third party logistical operated network
• Oversee all warehouse related electronic data interchange transactions between WMS and SAP to deliver excellence in inventory management, systems integrity and superior quality controls
• Serve as the primary escalation point for major real time operational issues and bottlenecks, keeping the logistics operations flow steady and synchronized when challenges arise
