Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Manager of 3PL Operations, Warehousing & Logistics to oversee inbounding, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management through a leading 3PL provider.

You will partner with commercial, supply chain, warehousing, and QA teams to monitor performance, support launches, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 3PL operations and inventories across inbound/outbound flows.
• Strong understanding of KPI measurement and corrective action.
• Knowledge of DSCSA compliance and QA collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 3PL inbounding, pick/pack/ship, inventory, and returns.
• Publish daily and weekly performance reports; drive corrective actions.
• Own critical shipments and resolve service deviations.
• Track 3PL KPIs: on-time receiving/shipping, inventory accuracy, returns.
• Lead quarterly performance improvement plans and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate New Product Introductions and ensure timely launches with 3PL.
