Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a 3PL/outsourced warehouse model essential.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and space optimization.
• Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanning, SKU reporting and order fulfillment.
• Strong vendor and carrier management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the company and 3PL warehouse providers.
• Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities by 3PL partners.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and safety/quality standards.
• Track inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with 3PL partners.
• Conduct quarterly and bi-annual audits of inventory per facility.
• Lead performance reviews and operational meetings with partners.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues with carriers and 3PLs.
• Support onboarding and qualification of new vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align inventory and customer requirements.
