Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead transportation, parcel shipping, and freight management, ensuring cost-effective and reliable movement of goods. The role requires strong vendor management, data analysis, and strategic thinking to optimize carrier performance, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across 3PL partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree plus 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or distribution management experience.
Experience managing 3PL providers and carrier relationships.
Proficiency with Excel, TMS, and shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including parcel, LTL, FTL, Imports and expedited shipments.
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals and customer service.
Monitor KPIs, transit times, and SLAs to optimize performance and costs.
Manage 3PL relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
Audit carriers, review invoices, and ensure cost recovery and accuracy.
