Qualifications

• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Good arithmetic skills are required.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain external customer relationships by providing quotes and coordinating meetings.
• Oversee warehouse management system integrations and inventory control.
• Manage receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping for timely delivery.
• Optimize warehouse layout and picking/packing procedures.
• Lead daily meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Track production KPIs and report status to senior management.
• Create and manage purchase orders and invoices for customers.
