Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, barcode systems, and shipping software.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead packing, picking, and support teams to achieve goals.
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and performance expectations.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping within service levels.
• Address bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with controls and cycle counts.
• Oversee packing standards, labeling, and quality control.
