Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Manager, 340B Operations to lead administration and optimization of 340B program across health-system partners. You will oversee 340B operations, contract pharmacy administration, audits readiness, reporting, and program optimization.

Responsibilities include guiding a team of 340B Operations Specialists, ensuring HRSA compliance, and delivering data-driven insights to clients and leadership, while driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare, pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, or 340B program experience.
Minimum of 2 years of people leadership or team management experience.
Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations preferred.
Knowledge of HRSA regulations and 340B program requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead 340B Operations Specialists and partner with health system clients, pharmacy leadership, compliance teams, finance, and operations.
Ensure compliance with HRSA regulations and organizational policies.
Monitor program performance and drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial outcomes for 340B and specialty programs.
Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Develop standardized workflows and ensure data-driven program optimization.
