What You'll Do

Guest Communication

Respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and protect 5-star guest experiences

Handle bookings, rates, and availability across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct channels

Schedule cleaners, quality-check turnovers, and keep properties guest-ready

Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and follow-through

Requirements

• Experience with OwnerRez or similar PMS (Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, etc.)
