Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Dry mop and wash floors.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, display cases.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Move and arrange furnishings, supplies, and equipment as directed.
• Sanitize and re-supply restrooms.
• Vacuum and power-clean carpet and upholstered furnishings.
• Ability to read MSDS information.

This position is on-call and as needed throughout the 12-month calendar year.

Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• BCI & FBI background checks
  • Dated within the past 12 months
  • On file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area’s lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.
