Job summary

Olmsted Falls City Schools through Renhill Group is seeking Substitute Cleaners for Olmsted Falls, Ohio. This on-call, year-round position supports school facilities with cleaning and maintenance as needed.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, and pass BCI & FBI background checks. Ohio Department of Education on-file preferred. Starting date is immediate with a pay rate of $15.12 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BCI & FBI background checks in the past 12 months.
• On file with the Ohio Department of Education.
• Renhill may obtain required background checks at $55 if needed.

Responsibilities

• Physically able to bend, lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Dry mop and wash floors; clean furniture, fixtures, walls and windows.
• Remove and dispose of trash; move furnishings and supplies as directed.
• Sanitize and restock restrooms; vacuum and power-clean carpets.
• Read and understand MSDS information.

Job Description

Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Cleaners for the Olmsted Falls City Schools in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. This position is on-call and as needed throughout the 12-month calendar year.

Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• BCI & FBI background checks
• Dated within the past 12 months
• On file with the Ohio Department of Education
• Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.

Necessary Skills/Duties:

• Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds
• Dry mop/wash floors
• Clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display cases
• Remove and dispose of trash
• Move/arrange furnishings, supplies, and equipment as needed/directed
• Sanitize and re-supply restrooms
• Vacuum and power-clean carpet and upholstered furnishings
• Ability to read MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information
