Job summary

The City of Wilsonville seeks a Stormwater Management Coordinator to oversee the municipal stormwater program, administer MS4 permits, conduct inspections, and support development reviews.

You will coordinate water quality monitoring, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and serve as a technical resource for stormwater management. This journey-level role emphasizes project coordination and public outreach within the City Engineer's guidance.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of experience in a technical or research-related position.
• A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of required experience; a Master’s degree may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
• Requires a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Administers the City’s MS4 permit and Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) and coordinates regulatory reporting.
• Conducts site inspections and environmental inspections and reviews site plans and drainage reports.
• Coordinates with City staff, regulatory agencies, and the public on stormwater program activities.
• Monitors water quality data, analyzes trends, and implements outreach and education programs.
• Provides technical guidance on stormwater management and environmental compliance.
• Supports development review and ensures permit requirements are met.
