The City of Chandler is seeking an Environmental Services Program Coordinator to lead environmental compliance activities, with emphasis on stormwater management and MS4 permits. This full-time role supports City departments, ensuring regulatory adherence and program oversight.

Qualified candidates will have a related Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in regulatory compliance or environmental management, plus a valid driver's license and respirator fit testing within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4 years of experience with regulatory compliance or environmental management activities.
• Must pass a respirator fit testing within 6 months of hire or promotion.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical and regulatory compliance guidance to City departments, focusing on stormwater management and compliance.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor the City's environmental compliance programs, including MS4 program and related permit requirements.
• Ensure operations comply with Federal, State, County, and Local environmental regulations.
