Qualifications

• Intermediate skilled technical position focused on MS4, ESC, SWM programs.
• Ability to provide regulatory guidance to contractors and agencies.
• Experience with site inspections for erosion, sediment, and stormwater controls.
• Proficient in maintaining MS4 records, reports, and GIS data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement MS4, ESC, SWM programs and related plans.
• Provide regulatory guidance to contractors and the public.
• Respond to erosion, sediment, and stormwater inquiries and develop corrective actions.
• Perform site inspections for commercial and residential projects for compliance.
• Enforce regulations and maintain documentation of MS4 requirements.
• Prepare and review MS4 Annual Report, TMDL Action Plan, and other reports.
• Develop educational materials and present MS4 information publicly.
