• Four-year college degree required; one year of experience in stormwater pollution and measurement activities or equivalent training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for public, coworkers, and elected officials.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work five days a week in the office, with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement BMP Inspection and Enforcement Program for private BMPs with onsite inspections and enforcement actions.
• Maintain BMP Database, ArcGIS layer, reports, and QA/QC of data.
