Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil engineering design experience in land development or municipal projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS; stormwater software knowledge a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and Drafting: develop civil designs including site layouts, grading, drainage and utilities using CAD.
• Permitting and Compliance: prepare permit applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project Collaboration: work with project managers, surveyors and other disciplines.
• Technical Reports: create reports, feasibility studies and calculations to support design decisions.
