Job summary

Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., a Davey company, is seeking a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)/Stormwater Coordinator to join our Richmond, Virginia team. The MS4/ Stormwater Coordinator will support the MS4 Lead in coordinating all MS4 program aspects and help ensure compliance with six MCMs and TMDL requirements.

You’ll perform duties from permit reviews to Plan development and annual reporting, with field inspections and coordination with local jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years MS4 experience required.
• Familiar with Virginia codes/regulations and interpreting plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist MS4 Lead in coordinating all MS4 program aspects.
• Prepare permits, reports, and paperwork for MS4 compliance.
• Interpret MS4 regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with counties and local municipalities.
• Analyze and interpret site plans; develop MS4 program plans.
• Prepare MS4 annual reporting and Local TMDL plans.
• Develop Chesapeake Bay TMDL action plans.
• Conduct field inspections.
