Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops MS4 Program Plans and supports DEQ Stormwater Handbook compliance.
• Conducts watershed studies, TMDL Action Plans, and BMP retrofits.
• Designs and inspects green stormwater infrastructure.
• Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and agencies.
• Assists with marketing, proposals, and client presentations.
