Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil or environmental engineering, or water resources engineering.
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in related area.
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience may be used.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the City's CRS program for FEMA's NFIP compliance.
  • Prepare and submit annual recertification and five-year verification packages per FEMA.
  • Evaluate floodplain modeling input data and analyze results for proposed development.
  • Coordinate MS4 program documentation and annual reporting.
  • Lead coordination with stakeholders and other staff to monitor program plans.
