Responsibilities

• Research property ownership and parcel information using county records.
• Utilize GIS mapping tools to review property data.
• Create, update and adjust customer accounts for accurate billing.
• Process Electronic Work Queue items in a timely manner.
• Manage returned mail and maintain accurate account information.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for efficient service delivery.
