Qualifications

• High school graduation and 3 years of public or private sector customer service experience at the level of Customer Service Representative or higher.
• Equivalent combination of education and responsible customer service experience at the CSR level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assists internal and external customers by responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding stormwater billing accounts.
• Researches property ownership and parcel information using county records and other available resources.
• Utilizes GIS mapping tools to review and verify property and impervious surface data.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and adjusts customer accounts as needed to ensure accurate billing.
• Reviews and processes EWQ items in a timely manner.
• Manages and investigates returned mail to maintain accurate customer account information.
• Researches and resolves account discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and billing activities.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate account management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
