Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Administrative Specialist or equivalent Cincinnati City roles with 60 semester credits in English, economics, finance, HR, psychology, sociology, business/public administration, accounting, or related fields.
• Two years of Administrative Specialist or equivalent with a Bachelor's degree and coursework in the listed areas.
• Three years of professional work involving compliance, personnel management, budget development/administration, program evaluation/management, or strategic planning with a Bachelor's degree in related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review and participate in the work of staff performing advanced professional duties with independent judgment.
• Manage staff to accomplish work objectives and establish work priorities.
• Interpret and apply city, state and federal laws, regulations and contracts; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
