Job summary

Cincinnati Pa is seeking an Engineer to manage water infrastructure projects from planning through construction and completion within the Capital Improvement Program. You will oversee the full project lifecycle including design, bidding, construction, and closeout to ensure reliable water system improvements.

You will support senior engineering leadership by coordinating projects, working with stakeholders, and applying expertise in water system design and construction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering and technology across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical domains.
• Familiarity with planning, design, bidding, construction, and closeout in water infrastructure.
• Able to review plans, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors and review plans and changes.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Apply professional engineering judgment and prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and senior engineering leadership on water system designs.
