Job summary

RTX is hiring for an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for StormBreaker MODS in Tucson, AZ. The IPTL will manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee development, integration, qualification, and transition to production, and ensure TDP reviews are completed on time. The role requires a STEM degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance with U.S.

citizenship. Strong CAM experience and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with TDP management and development.
• Experience coordinating across mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidiscipline team of engineers and support personnel across electrical, mechanical, software and systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer among IPTLs.
• Provide status and technical updates to program management, chief engineers, customers and stakeholders.
• Act as a CAM to monitor and control cost and schedule to meet targets.
• Drive timely execution of engineering scope addressing design challenges and priorities.
• Mentor engineers and share program process knowledge to build capabilities.
• Manage priorities and workloads for development projects.
• Lead development, integration, qualification, and transition-to-production for StormBreaker MODS hardware.
• Review and release the Technical Data Package (TDP) timely.
