Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in system development, integration and production.
• Experience leading engineering teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for StormBreaker production and system upgrades.
• Ensure engineering execution meets cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Act as primary technical contact with customers and senior management.
• Influence stakeholders on architecture needs and risk strategies.
• Plan and execute incremental upgrades and break‑in activities.
• Lead Failure Review Boards and FRACAS for continuous improvement.
• Mentor multi-discipline engineers across fabrication and delivery.
