Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for STORMBREAKER MODS. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure production readiness and timely project execution.

A CAM role will require oversight of cost and schedule with stakeholders and management. The role emphasizes proposal support, BASIS of Estimates development, and close coordination with hardware, software, and production teams to deliver high‑performing defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of relevant experience with STAMP/defense programs preferred.
• Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) management.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidiscipline team of engineers and support personnel.
• Provide status and technical updates to management and customers.
• Act as CAM to monitor cost and schedule against program targets.
• Drive timely execution of engineering scope and design challenges.
• Lead development, integration, qualification, and transition to production for MODS hardware.
• Review and release Technical Data Package (TDP) timely.
• Support proposals, develop estimates, and represent test equipment team to customer.
