Ridge Valley Exteriors in Milton, FL is seeking a Storm Sales Manager for a six‑month contract to lead our storm recovery sales efforts. You will coach sales representatives, guide homeowners through damage assessment, and keep restoration projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Milton, FL | Temporary, Full-Time | Opportunity to Extend

Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year, prorated for the contract term, plus ability to earn commissions on individual sales (OTE expected to be ~$125,000+)

We’re seeking an experienced Storm Sales Manager to lead our team in Milton, FL. In this hands‑on role, you’ll coach sales representatives, help homeowners assess damage and understand their options, and keep restoration projects moving. This is a six-month position with the ability to extend as storm recovery needs develop.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support sales representatives working storm‑related roofing and exterior opportunities.
• Work alongside newer and lower‑performing representatives to help them improve and close projects.
