Ridge Valley Exteriors is seeking a Storm Restoration Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. This full-time W-2 role offers commission opportunity and weekly pay as you help homeowners assess damage and navigate restoration options.

You will meet with homeowners after storms, inspect properties, document findings, and present proposals to close roofing and exterior projects, while coordinating with the production team through project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience selling storm restoration, roofing, or related exterior projects.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners during stressful times.
• Familiarity with storm damage documentation and insurance-related projects.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Willingness to cover surrounding market and commute with valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners after storms to discuss roofing and exterior damage

What to Expect

This is a full-time W-2 opportunity with commission-based earning potential. Compensation details will be shared during the hiring process. There may be an opportunity to continue in a long-term role with benefits as business needs allow.
