Ridge Valley Exteriors, a Florida-based roofing contractor, seeks a Temporary Roofing Project Manager for storm response. You’ll coordinate tarp assignments, schedule and oversee roofing projects, and liaise with crews and homeowners as storms impact communities.

The six-month assignment requires residence in the Florida Panhandle, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency, safety, and quality at the forefront.

Temporary Roofing Project Manager – Storm Response

Ridge Valley Exteriors is a national roofing contractor based in Florida with more than 17 years of experience. As communities prepare for potential tropical storm and hurricane damage, we’re ready to respond wherever storm restoration support is needed. With established distribution and labor networks, material allocation, customer reviews, and a recognized brand, we have the resources in place to help get builds done fast. Backed by Stonegrove Roofing Partners, the fastest-growing roofing platform, we’re seeking an experienced roofing Project Manager in the Florida Panhandle to help coordinate our storm response and move restoration projects forward.

We’re looking for someone who already lives in the Florida Panhandle to support our response to Hurricane Isaias. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately six months, and we’re hiring immediately. You’ll begin by coordinating tarp assignments, then oversee roofing projects as our sales team fills the schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate tarp assignments and communicate schedules with crews and homeowners
• Prepare for incoming roofing projects as jobs are sold and scheduled
• Oversee roofing projects from scheduling through completion
• Coordinate crews, materials, and project timelines
• Keep homeowners and the Ridge Valley team informed of progress and changes
• Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Current residence in the Florida Panhandle
• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments as project volume grows
• Availability to begin quickly, as local conditions safely permit

This is a temporary, approximately six-month assignment tied to storm response and the roofing projects that follow. We’re reviewing applications immediately.

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
