Ridge Valley Exteriors in Milton, FL is seeking a Storm Sales Manager for a six‑month contract to lead our storm recovery sales efforts. You will coach sales representatives, guide homeowners through damage assessment, and keep restoration projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

This hands‑on leadership role requires a track record of managing roofing or exterior/storm sales teams, strong communication, and the ability to extend the contract if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading roofing/exterior/restoration or storm sales teams.
• Proven coaching skills to close sales in the field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support sales representatives on storm-related roofing and exterior opportunities.
• Help newer and lower-performing representatives improve and close projects.
• Monitor sales activity, follow-up, monthly revenue, and team performance.
• Maintain a consistent customer experience from initial conversation to handoff.
• Share field feedback and staffing needs with leadership as the storm operation develops.
