Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring a Field Marketing Representative to engage homeowners in storm-impacted neighborhoods and connect them with our roofing professionals. This ground-level role emphasizes outbound outreach, scheduling flexibility, and building relationships in the field.

No roofing experience is required; onboarding includes a full orientation. You set your own hours, earn $15/hour plus $100–$200/day based on performance, and weekly pay with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who'd like a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introduce interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Help gather the basic information needed to start the insurance claim process.
