Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to be the friendly first contact for homeowners in storm-impacted neighborhoods. You will canvas neighborhoods, discuss potential roof damage, and identify homeowners who want a complimentary roof inspection, then connect them with our Sales Manager.

This is ground-level work outdoors with flexible hours. No roofing experience is required because we provide an orientation; performance pay can add $100–$200 per day, and weekly

Field Marketing Representative – Storm Restoration

Storm restoration field team • No experience needed • $15/hour plus $100–$200/day performance pay

The Role

As a Field Marketing Representative on our storm restoration team, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners in storm-impacted neighborhoods. Day to day, you will:

• Canvass neighborhoods recently impacted by storms.
• Speak with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Identify homeowners who'd like a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introduce interested homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Help gather the basic information needed to start the insurance claim process.

From there, our Sales Manager takes the lead — conducting inspections, managing insurance discussions, preparing estimates, executing contracts, and overseeing the project. Your role is all about connecting with people on the ground.

And to be clear: there are no roofs to climb and no ladders to carry. This is ground-level work — you'll just need to be comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.

Compensation

• $15.00 per hour for the field work you perform.
• Based on your performance, you can earn an extra $100–$200 per day on top of your hourly pay.
• Your earning potential is uncapped — the more homeowners you help connect with our team, the more you earn.
• Paid weekly, every Friday.

Flexible Hours & How the Day Works

Your hours are flexible, but our team is generally in the field from around 11:00 AM until dusk. Each week, you simply let us know the days and approximate hours you plan to be out — you set the pace.

Transportation is provided from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. You're welcome to drive yourself and work independently, but we highly recommend riding with the team — it's the best way to learn fast and stay productive. Territories are designated beforehand to help increase your productivity, so you always know exactly where you're focused.

Our strongest field reps consistently generate quality homeowner opportunities — averaging roughly two qualified leads for each day they choose to be in the field. Produce strong results consistently, and the door opens to bigger things with the company.

About this opportunity: This is a flexible, self-directed role — you help set your own schedule and build your own book of business, with the full strength of the Rose team behind you. Compensation: $15/hour plus uncapped performance pay ($100–$200+ extra per day based on performance).
