Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to help homeowners affected by severe weather connect with our roofing professionals. You'll work outdoors, help set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce — all while learning the fundamentals that lead to a six-figure sales career.

If you can hold a friendly conversation and you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour plus unlimited performance pay of $100–$200+ per day.

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience required — orientation provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods affected by recent severe weather.
• Start conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spot interested homeowners for a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introduce homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assist with information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
